Although nowadays store shelves are overflowing with sweets, nothing can compare to home baking, especially self-made cookies. Today we present the most interesting recipes for cereal cookies. You have to try them!

Banana Cereal Cookies

Cereal cookies with banana are extremely tasty and interesting. Such a sweetness certainly no one can resist.

Ingredients:

  • banana: 2 pieces,
  • brown sugar: 1 tablespoon,
  • raisins: 1 tablespoon,
  • rice flour: 2 tablespoons,
  • any cereal or cereal mix: 150 g.

Preparation:

Crush the bananas to a pulp. Add the flakes, sugar, flour and raisins to the purée. Mix all together. From the mixture form small disc-shaped cookies and place them on a baking sheet. Put the cookies in the oven preheated to 200 degrees Celsius. Bake for 20 minutes. Ready!

Oatmeal Cottage Cheese Cookies

Oatmeal cottage cheese cookies are a healthy, tasty and unusual dessert, with which you can safely entertain guests

Ingredients:

  • oatmeal: 1.5 cups,
  • eggs: 2 pieces,
  • sugar: 1 tablespoon,
  • semi-skimmed cottage cheese: 120 g,
  • clarified butter: 1 tablespoon,
  • baking powder: 1 tablespoon,
  • orange peel, if desired.

Preparation:

Blend the flakes with a blender. Blend cottage cheese with sugar and eggs. Add butter. Mix well. Add flakes, orange peel and baking powder to the mixture. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes. Form cookies of the desired shape and put on the baking sheet. Place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees Celsius and bake for 20-25 minutes. When the cookies have cooled down, remove them from the baking tray and eat them with appetite!

Rye flour cookies

Rye flour is perfect for baking dietary, yet delicious cookies.

Ingredients:

  • rye flour: 1 tablespoon,
  • eggs: 1 piece,
  • liquid honey: 2 tablespoons
  • soda: ½ teaspoon.

Preparation:

Crack the egg into the dish with the honey and mix well. Then add the baking soda. Sift the flour through a sieve and mix it with the honey and egg mixture. Flatten it with your hands or a rolling pin to a thickness of about 1 cm and cut out cookies with a glass or a mold. Put them in a moderately hot oven and bake for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy!

Light Flax-Rice Cookies

To make these light gluten-free cookies you will need two types of flour: rice and flax (70 g each), 1 teaspoon of soda, 70 ml of any milk, 20 g of clarified butter, a pinch of salt, a teaspoon of sugar or xylitol and 50 g of walnuts

In a bowl combine milk, clarified butter, sugar or sugar substitute and salt. Stir in the flours, add the raising agent and milk in small batches. Stir the dough well. Roast walnuts on a dry, hot pan and chop with a knife. Add to the dough

Roll out the dough to a thin sheet and cut out cookies in it. Put them in the preheated oven (180 degrees Celsius) and bake for about half an hour. These cookies are sure to please gluten intolerant people.

Cookies on kefir

Pour the same amount of kefir over a glass of oatmeal and let it swell. Shred some dried plums and apricots. Add 1 tablespoon of honey to them. Mix them with the swelled oatmeal, add a pinch of cinnamon and form cookies

Bake them in a preheated oven at 150 degrees Celsius until they show a brown crust on top. Cool down and enjoy the interesting taste!
