Boo the dog who became an internet star

Boo the dog quickly became an internet star and was hailed as the world’s cutest dog. Learn more about his story.

Boo – the world’s cutest dog

While browsing the memes, it was impossible not to notice the pictures of Boo. This super-sweet dog was born in 2006 and has been melting people’s hearts since his birth. His owners named him Boo, probably because of his sweet character and his lush and soft coat. They noticed that Boo’s photos were very adorable, so the dog quickly gained his own Facebook account. In a short time, he gathered more than 16 million followers! Boo’s pictures went viral all over the Internet, and the cute dog gained fans all over the world. His photos with his doggy friend Buddy, with whom he grew up, also gained many fans. Fans also loved watching videos of him.

Unfortunately, the dog’s owners announced in 2017 that Boo had a heart problem. Despite vet intervention, Boo passed away on January 19, 2019. However, he is still in the memory of both his guardians and loyal fans.

They announced the pet’s death via social media:

“Boo, we love you with all our hearts and will miss you until the day we meet again. Have fun playing with Buddy and mischief wherever you are.”

Boo – a sweet pomeranian dog

Boo was a pomeranian dog. His adorable appearance was mainly due to his coat consisting of a very dense undercoat, as well as a layer of undercoat and long flowing hairs. Miniature Spitzes rarely grow into large dogs and are more often house dogs, so-called couch dogs. Children love them, mainly for their sweet and innocent look. Unfortunately, pomeranians require frequent combing and proper grooming. Their fur can tangle and form tangles. Daily combing is therefore unavoidable.

When grooming these adorable dogs, you will need a special brush for tangles and a pair of scissors (a pair of tweezers). These will make it easier for you to trim unruly tangles. Visits to a dog spa can be quite expensive, so pomeranian owners are more likely to take care of their pets on their own.

Your dog should be washed at least once a week, as his rather fluffy coat catches dirt quickly. After bathing, you need to make sure to dry it properly.

Miniature Spitz Character

Miniature Spitz are loved by children, but dogs of this breed have their own character which they like to manifest. They can loudly announce that they need our attention and they love to be the center of attention. They are stubborn and feisty at the same time. However, they will not discourage their owner with their pushiness, because they make up for it with their sweet and innocent look and loyalty.

Miniature Spitz health

These are small dogs that rarely grow up to their knees. Unfortunately, their small size does not mean that they are ideal dogs for children. On the contrary, Pomeranians should not be the companions of small children. Their delicate organisms react very strongly to constant cuddling or kneading. They also have quite weak limbs, so squeezing them too hard often results in unintentional paw fracture.

Boo, like other pomeranians, did not require many walks. Running around the backyard garden or in the house is sufficient for this breed. It is an ideal companion for people who, for various reasons, are not able to go for long walks with their dog.

Miniature Spitzes have many medical conditions – they can get eye disease, and they often have skin problems and tracheal problems. With good veterinary care, your pet can live up to 15 years.
